Affiliate Disclosure

FTC Disclosure

The Federal Trade Commission has rules for affiliate disclosure compliance for online media. These rules are set in place to ensure that internet users know when a blogger or website owner is sponsored, endorsed or partnered with a different company. In blog terms, you need to know if I am making money by sharing a link, product, or service.

The Web Design by Ken blog uses affiliate programs for blog monetization. This means that when you click on certain links to various sites I recommend and make a purchase, this can result in a commission being credited to me or this site.

The number of people following this blog is growing by the month and I respect your need for advice and support. I take my responsibility as an affiliate marketer seriously. If I post an affiliate link to a product, it is something that I personally use, support and/or would recommend, even without an affiliate link.

I run network ads and Google Adsense ads. I have some blocking control over both, but only if I am aware of an ad that doesn’t fit my mission. Please let me know if you see anything odd.

If you have questions about any affiliations on this website, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I’ll be more than happy to clarify or provide additional details if necessary.
